There are some things you should not do during your period. At this time of the month, some of the women are blessed with an easy period, while some pass through hell. When you are in pain, there is a lot of discomfort in the body.

Unprotected sex
Chances are high during this time to get pregnant. In order to avoid infections, it is best not to have sex for a period.

Never skip meals
Try not to skip meals when in a period. You have to remember that you are losing a lot of blood during this time and that the food will only make you feel energetic.

Stay away from physical work
If you experience back or stomach pain for periods, you should avoid doing any physical work because it will only make your pain worse.

Eat fast food
Eat fast food at 2 in the morning. It may seem like a good idea, but your stomach will be signing a different melody after you have eaten Whopper and fried fat. Treat yourself by all means. Just do not overeat and do not eat unhealthy foods that you normally would not.

Work
This is impossible for most of us, however, I am everything for women are allowed a free time during their time of the month. Obviously, this can result in an empty office most of the time, but at least one day it would not hurt, right? Unfortunately, we do not live in a perfect world.

Stay up all night
You will feel better if you turn around early, regardless of the possibility that it will take you some time to fall asleep. Put some dream sounds on YouTube and get some eye closed, sleeping beauty.

Additional tips:
·         You should not drink ice water (it can lead to menstrual blood remaining in the uterine wall, after 5-10 years it could lead to "RAHIM cyst and cancer").
·         Avoid drinking sparkling water

·         Try not to eat cucumbers (the substance consisted of cucumber may be the cause of some liquid to remain on the walls of the uterus).
