This article presents Jane Plant, a prominent professor and expert in geochemistry, but also a mother and wife.
In 1987, at the age of 42, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. The diagnosis also suggested that his career would soon end. But Jane was determined to do everything she could to fight cancer.
The first thing he did was to change his lifestyle. This included a specific diet regimen. It was this diet regime that actually improved your health and well-being. Today, she shares her personal experience with women around the world trying to raise awareness of alternative ways to fight breast cancer.

The-reason-women-in-china-do-not-have-breast-cancer
By the time she was diagnosed with cancer, her husband, an eminent scientist, was working in China. With the help of her colleagues, she began researching why breast cancer rates are so low among Chinese women. At the end of his research, he came up with an effective method of fighting cancer that he immediately proposed to his wife. This method, which has proven to be very beneficial, is now made public. Many people still find this method controversial, but people should have the right to choose their own treatment against cancer.

The story of Jane
Jane received much support in the form of letters and letters from her Chinese colleagues. At one point she began to wonder why Chinese women rarely develop breast cancer. That was when he did his own research. She found that only 14% of the calories in the typical Chinese diet were fat compared to 36% of the calories in the western diet.

But, Jane's diet prior to her cancer diagnosis was high in fiber and low in fat, which eliminated fat as a contributor to her onset of cancer.
After more research, she discovered that the Chinese do not consume dairy products, which took her by surprise. Then he realized that his Chinese universities never ate cheese or drank milk, with the excuse that milk was for babies. He also recalled that he did not know that any Chinese woman would feed her baby with cow's milk or dairy products.

This only motivated her to continue her research, prompting another startling discovery: over 70% of the world's population is lactose intolerant! In addition, milk can trigger many allergies. However, the most shocking thing was that nutritionists turned a blind eye to this.

Jane's diet was based primarily on dairy products before being diagnosed. He also consumed cheap beef. During chemo, she consumed organic yogurt to support the growth of beneficial intestinal bacteria.
At the time of her research, she discovered that in 1989, yogurt was linked to ovarian cancer, after hundreds of women were examined by Dr. Daniel Cramer of Harvard University. The thing is, Dr. Daniel
supervised the diet of these women only to conclude that ovarian cancer was somehow related to dairy products.

Upon discovering this, Jane immediately stopped consuming dairy products including butter, milk and yogurt.
His chemotherapy was not showing any results at the time, so his next step was to cut out all the dairy products from his diet.

Two weeks later, Jane noticed that the lump in her chest began to itch. It also became much smoother and shortly thereafter decreased significantly in size. His test results also showed that not only did his lump decrease in size, but his tumor also healed
It all happened in just 6 weeks. At the moment neither she nor her husband could find the lump, she decided to see a specialist, who was quite skeptical about her diet.

After going through this test, Jane realized that there is some link between breast cancer and dairy products, similar to the link between lung cancer and smoking.

All in all, Jane is a living example of the effectiveness of dairy free nutrition in the fight against breast cancer.
